We are looking for an experienced Quality Professional who will be responsible for ensuring that all transferred products meet form, fit, and function requirements for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain technical documents.
Implement Continuous Improvement and Best Practice policies.
Participate in print reviews and analyze metrology data results.
Prepare Development and Qualification protocols.
Assist with Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Troubleshoot Metrology System errors.
Perform First Article Inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, OR equivalent experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience with metrology, troubleshooting, and software applications.
Familiarity with Solidworks, Creo, Calypso, PCDMIS, Minitab, and Microsoft Office.
