Quality Nurse Supervisor

This 100+ bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and is known for its commitment to high quality care. The Quality Nurse Supervisor will join a healthcare facility that is committed to prioritizing the needs of its community and has been recognized for excellence in patient care. 
The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in upholding quality standards, preparing for hospital accreditation and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Accreditation Nurse Supervisor will provide valuable insight to the Quality Improvement Department and will help prepare their team for JCAHO surveys. The idea candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Preferred requirements include CPHQ certification, 3+ years of nurse leadership experience and experience working on quality improvement initiatives. This candidate should also have at least 2 years of experience working in hospital accreditation.
