Job Title : Remote Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Contract Duration : 6+ months
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote SDET. The successful candidate will focus on Unit Testing and Application Development, helping to integrate SDET and Unit Testing practices into the company's workflow. This role will involve liaising with the Project Inc. team as well as the Software Development groups.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement unit testing strategies. Collaborate with the software development team to ensure the quality of the applications. Liaise with the project team and other stakeholders. Coach, train, and mentor the team on best practices for testing and development. Preferred Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in APEX and Salesforce. Experience with tools such as TestComplete, Copado, Low Code-No Code, Selenium, and Salesforce. Strong knowledge of unit testing and application development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Proven experience in coaching, training, and mentoring a team.
