Quality EngineerWe are looking for a dedicated and motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team here at MM Packaging Greensboro!Your RoleAs a Quality Engineer you will be a leader within thequality team with respect to development of product specifications, data collection systems, line audit creation, developing answers to internal and external complaints, and creation of cross functional SOPs. Your responsibilities as a Quality Engineer include:Assuring adequate internal quality standards are in placeDetermining quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processesEstablishing statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidenceDeveloping experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques.Developing sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, AQL, and sequential sampling methodsMaintaining statistical process controls by applying charts for distributions and individual-medial/range for multi-stream processesAnalyzing data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis testsPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendationsDesigning and implementing quality assurance systems consistent with industry standards that increase quality levelsServing as primary trainer for all quality programs and initiatives. Leading the problem solving efforts for all quality complaints as well as overseeing the tracking and completion of corrective actionsQualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics or Quality-Related field or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Supervisory experience preferredCQE & Six Sigma Certifications preferredFluent communication in written and spoken English (C1+), other languages are an advantageOur OfferJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!We offer you a job in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
