• Support maintenance and improvement of quality system• Provide support on audits• Track and report quality assurance metrics• Monitor training and development of associates• Serve as customer point of contact for QA issues• Develop and maintain management reports• Meet regulatory requirements• Ensure customer service and business standards• Conduct inspection processes• Supervise and train hourly associates
Requirements
• 0-1 years relevant experience in regulated environment• Experience in manufacturing, food, life sciences, 3PL industry• Bachelor's degree or 0-3 years relevant work experience• Certification in quality control• Working knowledge of databases and software• Fundamental knowledge of statistics• Good written and verbal communication skills
