Your Key Responsibilities Proficiency in blue print reading, shop mathematics, measuring instruments, and basic pc skills (Microsoft Office programs preferred).
Your Qualifications Use and communicate complex drawing specifications and nomenclature.Set up and operate inspection gages and measuring instruments to determine disposition of tooling. Use pc to obtain additional geometry for inspection of tooling.Use pc to input data into shop scheduling system.Interface with customers, tool designers, engineers, outside suppliers for problem resolution.Assist toolroom mgr. in various projects as required.Perform periodic maintenance of equipment as required.Manage calibration of measuring instruments and gages.Package and ship tooling as required.Insure compliance with all safety and housekeeping regulations.
