Role Overview:
As a Provider Patient Concierge Representative, you will play a crucial role in offering concierge-level service to pre-selected patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey. You will provide exceptional customer service to select physician offices, assist with scheduling advanced imaging studies, and offer special handling and support to medical groups and IPA providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer concierge-level service to pre-selected patients, catering to their individual needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Provide exceptional customer service to physician offices, including targeted IPA contracted providers, and assist with scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
Offer special handling and support to medical groups and IPA providers, including scheduling, stat requests, and assistance with medical records.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct field calls to referring physicians, participate in health fairs and forums, and assist with physician-facing marketing campaigns.
Assist the Marketing Director in customer service trainings, educational initiatives, and campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients.
Qualifications:
Passion for patient care and the ability to remain professional and empathetic in all situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical, hospitality, or marketing/public relations industry preferred.
Experience in training and presenting information to groups or individuals.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50% during the workweek.
Pay and Schedule:
Pay Range: USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 per hour
Shift: Mornings
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
