As our client's Senior / Property Accountant, you will oversee financial activities for a portfolio of commercial properties, utilizing Yardi Voyager software to track transactions, reconcile CAM charges, and prepare financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
~ Top Requirements of the Senior / Property Accountant ~ Experience with Yardi Voyager Knowledge of CAM reconciliations Previous experience in commercial and property accounting ~ What You'll Do as a Senior / Property Accountant ~ Manage accounting for commercial properties, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Utilize Yardi Voyager to track transactions and analyze property performance. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Conduct CAM reconciliations and address billing inquiries from tenants. Support budgeting processes and assist in year-end audits. ~ What You'll Bring to the Senior / Property Accountant ~ Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property accounting. Proficiency in CAM reconciliations within a real estate setting.
