SUMMARY: This person is responsible for the Coordination of WCSG sponsored and co-sponsored events, community connections drives and contests.

Coordinate the planning of WCSG sponsored events such as Father Daughter Banquet and Donor eventsVenueTicketingDécorArtist managementCoordination of On-air contests and promotions for WCSGCoordinate Community Connections Drives for WCSGSchedule City Stops and represent WCSG with an event booth throughout the yearRemotes throughout our listening areaParadesConcertsPackage sponsorship opportunities for Events and ContestsWork with Raisers Edge for Listener Data entry and ticketing servicesCreate one sheets for events, and promotions to be used for on-air, web and social media contentCoordinate and host Artist Station visits.Oversee ordering, inventory and storage of, promotional materials (giveaways, promotional items, displays, etc.)Coordinate recruitment, cultivation and scheduling of our "Crew" volunteers to help with eventsAssist with administrative paperwork for Promotions DepartmentAssist in developing events that also serve as non-traditional revenue opportunitiesOperate WCSG vehicles throughout West MichiganAssist with visual and video content for Social Media platforms as neededSALARY AND START DATE: Salary: $37,440 to $40,000 commensurate with education and experience.
