Contribute to promotional marketing and outreach initiatives and promote enrollment programs to potential customers by directly engaging with members of the community. Support customers by providing information about enrollment prerequisites, processes, and available services. Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria, such as age, income, or enrollment prerequisites. Ensure applications are input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided. Adhere to government compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times. Collaborate with the Promotional Marketing Representative team to evaluate the efficiency of enrollment programs and recommend enhancements as needed. Promotional Marketing Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous background in sales, community outreach, or a customer-facing role. Confident in engaging directly with community members and effectively presenting information to potential customers.
