MBP is looking for a Scheduler in the US east coast area with experience providing schedule development and/or review services on transportation, rail, and vertical construction projects.Proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar is preferred. 
Main Duties: Performs reviews of contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates for compliance with the specification and overall reasonableness. Provides schedule development and updates services for contractors. Develops and/or reviews time extension requests. Assists with the development and/or analysis of post-construction delay analyses Analyze drawings, specifications and statement of work in preparation for schedule review services . Evaluate the actual construction status relative to the proposed plan. Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Live with 70 miles of MBP office Skills and Abilities Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience. Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance. Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships. High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity. Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Education Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3+ years of scheduling experience on construction projects. * Specific title based on candidate's education, background, and level of experience.
