Project Manager - Toledo, Oh

Genesis Technical is seeking a Project Manager for a long term plant position in Toledo, OH. 
If you are a degreed engineer who enjoys working on capital projects with at least 5 years' experience, we would love to share this excellent opportunity with you! Hybrid schedule with a standard work week (M-F) however, may vary depending on site needs and projects. PM Responsibilities:Manage and/or participate in capital projects.Ensure projects are clearly defined and accurately managed for on-time, on-budget delivery.Develop project scope, objectives, and timelines.Coordinate project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.Oversee construction management activities.Ensure technical specifications are met and quality standards are maintained.Manage external engineering resources, as appropriate, per project. Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and effectiveness.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or I&E Engineering required.Minimum 5 years' experience manufacturing position in a chemical plant or refinery preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects).Effectively communicate using multiple forms of communication including virtual.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple/changing priorities.Excellent benefits!
