Project Manager Manufacturing

The Project Manager Manufacturing position is a full-time role that will be responsible for managing projects within the realm of custom automation and precision machining to manager the design and built of automated assembly systems.. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The position requires a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Manage and coordinate all phases of the production process Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion Analyze and report project performance metrics Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery Manage resources and project scope to stay within budget Provide guidance and direction to team members Ensure timely and accurate project communications Stay current on manufacturing technologies and industry trends Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry Manage custom automation projects ranging in size for $125,000 to 2 million dollars Strong understanding of project management principles Understanding of custom automation and/or automated assembly systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software $100,000-$135,000
