We are an engineering and procurement company specializing in fired heat transfer equipment for the refining, petrochemical and power markets. With utilization of modern tools, such as FEA and CFD analysis, and our combined experience in combustion and heater engineering, we offer solutions to the industries toughest challenges.  Minimum Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical, chemical, or civil (structural) or ten (10) years of direct Project Management experience with fired heaters for the refining industry (API 560).3 years of project management experience with equipment for the refining industry Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving sub-contract fabrication and equipment procurement Proven track record of strong customer service skills Proven track record of time management and organizational skills Proven track record of budget management skills Familiarity with industry construction materials, tolerances, codes, specifications and design guidelines  Desired Experience Design engineering of heat transfer equipment (fired heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, etc.) and/or combustion equipment (FRNC-5) Programming skills in Excel/VBA Familiarity with design standards such as ASME, API, NFPA, AWS, ASTM, ASCE, PIP and AISC  Experience with CFD or FEA (ANSYS) Experience with structural engineering (RISA, CAESAR II) Experience with 3D design and drafting (SOLIDWORKS, TEKLA STRUCTURES) We are looking for a person with good communication and critical thinking skills and who has plenty of initiative and a desire to constantly develop and improve products/processes. You are a motivated team player who can work independently and take the lead on projects. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.  Job Functions: Participate as a member of the engineering team, focused on managing the engineering and equipment supply for projects Manage the engineering, design, customer relations, schedule and budget of multiple concurrent projects for the engineering and supply of fired heat transfer equipment and systems, including heavy steel structures such as fired heaters, boilers and auxiliary equipment  Design and develop design standards and programs to effectively meet project requirements and resolve problems Collaborate with sales, execution, process engineering, external manufacturing companies, and customers to understand market needs and constraints while balancing company objectives  Perform field surveys: ascertain current equipment conditions, measurement of existing equipment, engineer superior solutions to complex retrofit challenges, design modifications to existing equipment, communicate with client personnel and direct construction/installation work Prepare cost and schedule estimates for projects Provide technical guidance to less-experienced personnel Value engineering  Assist customers with product-related questions and participate in field trials Salary Range: 100K - 135K  XRG Offers: An opportunity to help build the fired equipment engineering company of the future Diversity in projects, customers, engineering work, cultures and colleagues A progressive, flexible work environment where you will feel valued, independent and part of a close-knit team A strong focus on personal and professional growth An atmosphere of excellence with a concentration on what can be  Fantastic benefits including:401K Plan with company contribution Family health and dental insurance Health Savings Account  PTO Generous holidays#Li-hybrid
