Job summary
N4 Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).The Project Manager will organize, track, and manage projects, timelines, websites, communications, and activities related to the implementation of projects under the Antiviral Program for Pandemics (APP).This position requires knowledge and experience with common desktop application software and the ability to work effectively in teams and individually.

Responsibilities
• Organize, track, and manage projects, timelines, websites, communications, and activities related to the implementation of projects under the APP.• Proactively identify and report dependencies and risks associated with ongoing projects to stakeholders.• Track progress of APP projects using information systems and software.• Report information from NIAID systems into APP SharePoint portal.• Facilitate meeting organization, logistics, communications, and other similar activities.• Schedule and attend meetings and teleconferences, write meeting summaries, and develop briefing documents.• Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations.• Work closely with members of other departments on programs, projects, and task orders.• Provide oral and/or written reports on the status of ongoing projects and receive new assignments.• Collaborate with program staff on grants, agreements, contracts, and product development-related activities.
Requirements
• Knowledge and experience with common desktop application software.• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project or similar software.• Ability to prepare and edit scientific documents with limited assistance.• Exceptional writing skills and familiarity with AP Stylebook guidelines.• Ability to work effectively in teams and individually.• Ability to organize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.• U.S. Citizenship required.• Graduate degree or equivalent degree in health sciences or related fields, OR Bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience in Project Management or Office Administration.
