Key Responsibilities: Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage government, municipal, healthcare, educational, and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in municipal construction, OSHPD, and/or healthcare. They should also have experience in managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Manage construction projects from start to finish in the government, municipal, healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors. Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Develop and implement construction methods, materials, and tools. Manage subcontractors and vendors. Supervise and lead project teams. Oversee safety procedures and quality control.
