Job Duties of  Masonry Foreman :
Serve as the primary point of contact for the company with both clients and the construction team as needed. Must have 8 years of Commercial Construction. Blueprint reading, specification reading, and layout/survey proficiency. Ability to build relationships and possess a hard work ethic. Direct and oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Establish and implement job procedures and techniques to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery. Provide clients with value-engineered solutions when applicable. Expected to travel 1 to 2 hours within the Charlotte area.  Manage project deliverables.
