Compensation Range: $95,000 up to $115,000, Based on experience. Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring all objectives are met. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, managing project resources, preparing budgets & schedules, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project's lifecycle. The Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Determine and define project scope and objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members. Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, work plans, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs to meet budget. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor project performance and quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure project success. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred. 5+ years of project management experience, delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, adept at multitasking. Commitment to quality and attention to detail in project deliverables. Proficient in project management methodologies and software tools. Ability to adapt to changes and challenges, with IT understanding. Skilled in motivating diverse teams to achieve project goals. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
