Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
-Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
-Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
-Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out meetings.
-Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
-Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
-3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
-Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-PMP certification or other relevant certifications (preferred).
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
