PROJECT MANAGER
A construction/restoration/renovations company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and customer satisfaction Coordinate with subcontractors and other vendors to ensure timely completion of projects Provide guidance and coaching on the historical aspects of the projects, as necessary Purchase materials and equipment needed for projects, and ensure that all costs are within budget Estimate project costs accurately and provide updated estimates as needed Bill and collect on projects, and provide timely updates to management on project financials Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to address any concerns Work closely with the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting new business initiatives Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on higher-end renovations and restorations Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction Experience in purchasing and estimating, with a focus on managing costs and staying within budget Self-driven, ambitious, and hungry for success A team player with a positive attitude and no arrogance or arguing Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure their success Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software If you are an experienced Project Manager with a passion for high-end construction and renovations, we would love to hear from you.
