Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager 3 with our client in the financial industry. This role is 100% remote. This is a 4 month + contract position.
Responsibilities: The main function of an IT project/program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity Manage backup, security, and user help system Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems Provide users with technical support for computer problem Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements Managing project meetings Coordinating with service integrators, service partners, vendors Monitor and manage budget and forecast Risk, issue, and dependency management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required or equivalent work experience 6-8 years' experience required Agile 4-6 years Continuous deployment environment 1-2 years Previous Lead experience 4-6 years Financial management 4-6 years Demonstrated problem solving skills 4-6 years Analytical skills 4-6 years Risk, issue, and dependency management 4-6 years Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage one's time Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc. Desired Skills: MBA or other related advanced degree PMI or PMP certification Scrum Master certification Pay Range: $60.98-$68.98 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
