Project Types : Commercial, Hvy Industrial, Multi Family, Retail, Hospitality, Misc. Current Avg Project Value: $300k - $8MIL, which could obviously change (bigger with expected growth).
JOB HIGHLIGHT: Our client is seeking a results oriented , intense, and experienced Project Manager to oversee, facilitate, and report on our projects. This role will report directly to the Project Management department head. The duties of this role require a clear and thurough understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work, a personality that enjoys details, and an analytical outlook to material, equipment, cost tracking, and subcontractors.
* Project Manager with matching project background a must
* 5+yrs experience desired
* Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study
* Some demonstrated longevity on resume is desired
* Estimating a plus but not required
* Projects are local within the Houston Metro and surrounding
* Excellent compensation (based on background/ experience)
