We have an immediate need for a Project Manager to join our Construction Risk Consulting group in Northwest Office located in Gresham, Oregon. This is a hybrid position with travel to the office and site inspections by car and the potential for travel by plane. This position offers the flexibility of working from home around scheduled site visits and meetings, with some office time requirements.Our team of Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Construction Professionals provides an array of consulting services to major financial institutions, real estate owners and managers, and property developers nationwide. The field time associated with this position is limited; more than 60% of your time will be spent in the office drafting reports and reviewing documents. The ability to multi-task, manage several job reports, critically think, and meet deadlines are required skills for this position.Qualifications & Requirements:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture; or equivalent experienceMinimum 10-years of construction / design related experienceWell-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skillsDesire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneouslyExcellent time management skillsAbility to deal directly with clients in a professional and proactive mannerComputer skills including Microsoft Office/TeamsValid DL and reliable means of transportationResponsibilities:Review and assess construction and architectural agreements, plans, and specifications, hard cost budgets, and construction schedules, etc.Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction and recommend the release of construction funds.Conduct walkthrough surveys of existing buildings to assess the condition of major systems and prepare estimated costs to remedy building conditions.Maintain excellent client communication.Take lead role in report writing, and in coordinating team efforts for deliverables.Work with team members to develop / mentor junior level employees.Help build up the business in the area by meeting with clients.Benefits:Hillmann Consulting, LLC is committed to the professional development and well-being of our employees.
