Project Manager - Commercial Construction We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Project Manager for our Commercial Construction team. This individual will have overall responsibility for project management activities for new commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines for commercial construction projects. Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule. Monitor and document progress, expenses, and changes in plans and schedules. Create reports for clients and upper management regarding project progress, issues, and delays. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety standards and local building codes. Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to issues that arise throughout the project. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management. Experience in New Construction is required. Knowledge of Construction Management processes and techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
