Applicants typically have 8 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical or biotech experience; 6 years of managing high-performing teams; and 4 years of business development, lead generation or sales experience.Director- ADirectorplays a strategic leadership role with relentless focus on Business Development and organizational growth while ensuring Project Delivery via their own billability, as well as, training, mentoring, and coaching their teams in both the evolution and continued operational excellence of Precision for Medicine's Manufacturing Solutions practice area.
