(An equivalent combination of education and engineering hands-on work will be considered.)Must be able to work onsite in Waverly, IA and be available for occasional travel to other locations for factory acceptance testing (FAT) and/or equipment election (up to 5%).Strong experience in facilitating change in a manufacturing environment is critical.Supervisory experience in managing internal and external project team members or equivalent.Project Management and Process Engineering experience withing the food & dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or consumer products industry is a plus.Strong technical, managerial and leadership skillsExperience with plant design and construction with permitting requirementsExperience with equipment and construction purchasing contractsIn-depth knowledge of dry powder processing and packaging plants and technologies or similar industriesExperience with hygienic and sanitary design3A standards, powder handling knowledgeKnowledge of regulatory requirements for food safety and equipmentCommunication, facilitation and networkingTPM: AM and/or EM Pillar experienceUnderstanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers and CAPEX budgeting and preparation knowledgeMS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCad, VisioCapital Investment Approval and Tracking (NIMT) toolIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
