We are a heavy civil construction company looking to add a Project Coordinator/Administrator to our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, provide administrative support, maintain customer records, manage supply inventory, and implement way to improve processes. We are looking for someone who is excited work with a team and to help create a positive and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all project activities including scheduling, budgeting, and the implementation of project plans Provide administrative support, including data entry and record keeping Manage supply inventory, equipment, and vendor relations Process payments, including credit card transactions Monitor customer accounts and maintain customer records Develop and implement process improvements Identify and troubleshoot any project issues Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project team members and vendors Running errands for executive team Qualifications:
Experience with project management, construction and/or similar experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software applications Ability to work independently and take initiative Valid driver's license- Clean driving record Work hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional 7:00am - 4:00pm availablity) Benefits Completive hourly rate ranging from $20.00 - $25.00/hour Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Benefits(Full-Time Employees) Clear path for career growth On the job training Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
