Project Cleaning - Commercial

Detailed Services has apart time opening 3-4 shifts per week for a night time project cleaning tech. Approximately 12-20 hours per week, availability Sunday- Thursday between the hours of 8:pm-4:am. Our schedules are consistent year round and offers reasonable flexibility. We do not do daily janitorial! Our project cleaning techs travel in a company vehicle with a partner to commercial business locations and perform specific project cleaning duties after business hours. You are in a different location almost every time you are scheduled to work. This is position that provides lots of variety, opportunity and limited supervision. You will be providing the following services to our customers: Commercial carpet cleaning VCT / resilient tile finishing Machine / Auto scrubbing Power washing / tile and grout cleaning Ceiling cleaning

Additional skills and duties include:
Night time availability (generally between 8pm - 4am Sunday-Thursday)
Ability to work with supporting crew members
Pass pre-employment drug screen, background amp; driving check
Have reliable transportation.
Detailed Services provides project cleaning for restaurants, hotels, commercial facilities thru-out the Minnesota region. You will most often be driving company vehicles form our Ramsey location to job sites within 150 miles. Due to the variety of locations and type of facilities we service, the ideal candidate will be able to work with a flexible schedule, be able to multi-task, work with other crew members, lift up to 40 pounds regularly and provide other operational support.
