Job Description
Role:
Project Administrator
Employment Type: Fulltime/Contract   
Contract
Work location: Remote/Onsite(mention no.of Onsite days)
Onsite – 4 days a week @ client location Miami, FL.
About the Role
Trianz is looking for a Project Administrator who is responsible for working with Restaurant Business, their Franchises and Operations teams across the US to cater to their technology requirements.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a project administrator can vary depending on the organization and the specific project they are working on. However, here are some common responsibilities typically associated with this role:
1. Project Coordination:Coordinate various aspects of the project, including scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and ensuring all team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines.
2. Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents. This may involve creating, organizing, and updating documents as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and other relevant parties. This may involve sending out regular updates, coordinating discussions, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and work with the project manager and team members to develop mitigation strategies. This could include monitoring risks throughout the project and implementing changes to minimize their impact.
5. Budget Tracking: Assist with tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget. This may involve monitoring costs, processing invoices, and communicating with finance or accounting departments as needed.
6. Task Tracking: Track the progress of tasks and deliverables to ensure that the project stays on schedule. This could involve using project management software to monitor task status, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments as necessary.
7. Meeting Organization: Schedule and organize project meetings, including setting agendas, sending out invitations, and documenting meeting minutes. This may involve coordinating with team members to find suitable meeting times and locations.
8. Quality Assurance: Assist with ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. This may involve conducting quality reviews, coordinating testing activities, and documenting any issues or defects that are identified.
9. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including identifying key stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback they may have.

Technical Proficiency in MS Office and Project Administration Tools
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Business Management or any equivalent study.  
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in project administration work.
