Job Description Serves customers and company by organizing and facilitating consumer-facing events with the goal of increasing sales and brand awareness. The primary role is brand, event, and personnel management for both Amplify and Buckeye Relief, with vendors, customers and partners for industry-related opportunities and promotions. This role is co-supervised by the marketing and sales departments.
Responsibilities/Duties Manage annual calendar of public-facing events for Amplify and Buckeye Relief Identify public-facing brand awareness opportunities in relevant markets Interface with customers and vendors to schedule in-store promotions and events Create schedules for BR brand ambassadors, street team, and sales/marketing staff to ensure market coverage Liaise with local brand partner reps to meet retailer scheduling goals Coordinate merchandise and marketing asset distribution with sales/marketing staff Organize and manage BR-hosted cannabis industry events Assist with in-house corporate event planning Attend and participate in industry networking, corporate, public-facing, and promotional events representing Amplify and Buckeye Relief Attend and participate in dispensary events as needed Generate leads and facilitate sales while in the field Liaise with sales and marketing to facilitate orders and market support Attend marketing and sales meetings on a weekly basis Elevate the brands of Buckeye Relief and Amplify Qualifications/Skills Bachelors Degree Some sales/marketing experience Some event coordination experience Exceptional communication and people skills Exceptional organizational skills and accountability Proficiency at remote work, with weekly in-office requirement Ability to work as a member of a team Technical Skills General computer acumen Microsoft Office proficiency Adaptability to new software Thorough understanding of the rules of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program Available 9-5 Mon-Fri with flexible weekend work
