Providence is calling a Program Manager who will: Support the growth and viability of the Providence Clinical Network Operations Integration
Manage and facilitate alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives that will achieve performance to our strategic and regional goals
Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders
Provide structure and process to the work of multiple project teams
Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Maximize the team's overall efficiency, and sharing accountability for performance
Serve as a key interface between leaders and departments
Create cohesion among stakeholders and alignment toward to the vision set forth by the senior leadership and the strategic plan
Execute strategic initiatives
Act as a change agent
Ensure projects effectively move through phases of design, implementation and spread for realization of quantitative benefits

Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5+ years of experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management
1+ years of generalist with experience in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas
1+ years of experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
1+ years of experience in managed care, population health, and/or ambulatory care
1+ years of experience in consulting, business development, and/or strategic planning
