STR is seeking a Program Manager (PM) in the Systems Development DivisionResponsible for planning and execution of a control account within a larger programOpportunities to manage stand-alone programs from proposal development to program close-out
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Execute programs to ensure cost, schedule, and technical program metrics are tracked and within plan• Lead proposal development and ensure adherence to gated capture process• Manage multi-functional teams• Provide regular program briefs to System Development Portfolio Leadership• Create and maintain a collaborative environment• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions• Work in a fast-paced environment to enable successful contract execution• Build strong customer relationships and establish open lines of communication
Requirements
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Government contracting or research and development• Experience as a Program Manager or Control Account Manager in a design and development/build contract• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills• Successful experience in leading and managing multi-discipline teams• Strong presentation and organizational skills
