NTT DATA Services is seeking a Program Director for their DaaS Service Delivery team in LA County, California.The Program Director will manage multiple technical disciplines to support large-scale end-user compute services for the State.They will be responsible for delivering an end-user centric workplace solution that enables end-users to be efficient and effective.

Responsibilities
• Leads project/program managers to ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.• Provides users with an ongoing innovative and seamless experience while utilizing systems, applications, and solutions.• Proactively develops IT integrations, concepts, and designs across the enterprise.• Integrates end-user computing devices, conference room technology, infrastructure hardware/software, and user applications into a streamlined and seamless experience.• Establishes baseline service offering to plan, update, demonstrate compliance, and measure improvement.• Implements and adapts ITIL aligned scalable and repeatable processes and solutions in a complex Public Sector environment.• Seamlessly integrates service offerings with the client organization's strategy, policies, and procedures.• Leads the management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and operations of the program.• Coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program.• Defines program-level resource plans and effectively onboards/offboards resources to the program.• Directs the efforts of others and provides oversight into all aspects of program delivery.• Performs cost modeling, program cost forecasting, and variance management.• Defines NTT DATA business objectives for the program and assists the client in defining their business objectives.• Serves as the single point of contact and authorized interface to the government client's Contracts Officer, Contracts Officer Representative, and Technical Point of Contact.• Leads the development and delivery of client reporting on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
• 12 years of experience working on engagements providing clients with End-User Computing Services within a large and dynamic public sector agency.• 7 years of managerial/leadership experience in a DaaS service.• 4 years of experience supporting a public sector client.• 8 years of experience managing tasks, resources, and budgets for a team of 100 or more personnel and contracts in excess of $50 million.• Current PMP Certification.• ITIL certification.• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
