Job Summary: Responsibilities include developing consistent content and managing Extension's presence on social media platforms; interacting with constituents on social platforms to support Extension marketing and customer service and engagement priorities; customer relations management; digital content management; training and coordinating with Extension professionals using the current content management system and use of technology; and administration and oversight.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: Skilled in writing and use of spreadsheets, needs knowledge of UK and Federal Requirements.
