Job summary
This position works under the direction and supervision of the Oncology Operations Director, Site Operations Lead, or other appropriate management staffSupports in the delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful mannerServes as a liaison between the Providence Integrative Cancer Care Program's practitioners, clinic administration, patients, medical oncology providers, and front office staff

Responsibilities
• Communicating the services, goals, outcomes, and needs of the Integrative Cancer Care Program• Supporting the delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent healthcare• Serving as a liaison between practitioners, clinic administration, patients, and front office staff• Assisting in the development of brochures and public information regarding the services• Managing funds procurement and data management• Developing survey tools and meeting agendas• Facilitating meetings• Providing customer service in a healthcare setting• Ensuring patient respect and dignity• Supporting the Providence Centralia Hospital team
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration• 2 years Healthcare experience• 3 years experience in customer service in a healthcare setting• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree• Preferred: Experience working in a non-profit organization with a leadership background• Preferred: Experience in development of brochures and public information regarding the services, funds procurement, data management, survey tool development, meeting agendas and meeting facilitation
