Founded in 2013, SEED Collective, LLC is a consultancy that exists to inspire and support the sustainability of entrepreneurs and businesses through education, research and policy, and advocacy. Associates at SEED Collective have experience developing and implementing strategy on both an individual and organizational level.  On an organizational level, we partner with our clients to produce deliverables in the following areas: Business incubator design, technical assistance, on site or virtual management Business counseling or mentor program design, data reporting Regional ecosystem engagement and economic impact data reporting Community based economic development program design and implementation Nonprofit strategic planning, ongoing compliance, and data reporting For individual clients, we provide in-depth business coaching services for early and second stage businesses. We work with owners and leadership teams throughout the country to help streamline business models through systems and refined operational processes, engage strategic partners and stakeholders, and reach customized milestones through our executive accountability programs.
This position will require a high level of organization, active and ongoing communication and consistent follow through. Company specific advanced training and guidance will be provided as well as regular reviews. Ideal candidates will be experienced self-starters who enjoy meeting and exceeding key performance indicators. Ultimately, they will ensure that SEED Collective program offerings and delivery parallel and promote immediate and long-term business goals.
Time: Full Time Exempt (40 hours per week), 8 am – 5 pm

Position Location: New Hampshire; travel to client locations required. Remote work upon approval. 
Reports To: This role reports to the Company Owner.

We encourage all such candidates to apply. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The PROGRAM ASSOCIATE- CHILDCARE will assist with and lead the following duties including, but not limited to:
Overarching Goals Identify and recruit child care providers into Company programs  Work directly with child care providers to conduct discovery sessions, needs assessment and manage their client journey Facilitate use of the mentor network for one-on-one customized support and professional back office services and shared support model to implement coaching recommendations and action items  Position Specific Tasks as Anticipated (60%- 24 hours) Promote comprehensive program participation to client businesses, from intake to reassessment, consumption of back office and mentor support, and ongoing engagement in the SEED Network  Work directly with child care providers to conduct discovery sessions, needs assessment and manage their client journey Make contributions to the development of educational series for child care providers, with a focus on children served, curriculum, teachers and staff, and classroom and facilities improvement Research, develop, and contribute to all dimensions of childcare education resource and mentoring support, including introductions, referrals, budgets, milestones, and relationships with Company team members, collaborators, interns, and volunteers, so that each project is able to meet deadlines and fulfill goals. Facilitate referrals for any facility and site improvements, including general contracting needs  SEED Relationships (15%- 6 hours) Connect with the local business ecosystems and resource partners to collaborate on networking, related business services, and training opportunities Strategic networking with peers and experts in child care space; Share and consume practical education and ongoing training opportunities in the industry Attend in person and virtual business and industry events to share about Company projects  Administration (15%- 6 hours) Facilitate the incorporation of technology systems and solutions into delivery of services for increased efficiency;  Maintain a client and project database, including regular data entry and documentation  Personal leadership of SEED Foundation of Organized Workplan and accurate, up to date timekeeping Participation and leadership in Company team meetings  Own and hit/exceed annual Company goals and targets; Professional Development (5%- 2 hours) Participation in regular self and Company performance reviews  Participate in activities that advance knowledge and capacity, such as research, continuing education, certifications, etc.  Other (5%- 2 hours) Assistance researching and supporting Company business programs and initiatives  The selected candidate for this position will possess the following experience: Relevant Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree and professional certificates encouraged 5+ years of child care classroom leadership, supervision, and support experience Experience working with children, teachers, and educational institution partners  Project management experience  Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient understanding of widely used PC applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Suite, customer relationship managers (CRM), and other cloud based softwares Position Requirements Ability to pass Company background check  Be able to meet the physical and travel requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations Access to laptop and high speed internet; multiple monitors recommended The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: Strong work ethic; Track record of showing initiative and follow-up Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced through data entry, email communication and management, internal documentation, etc. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage one's own workload and priorities Ability to work as a part of a team, as evidenced by communication, work style, and contribution towards deliverables  High levels of emotional intelligence; ability to take direction and constructive feedback Dependable and organized, with demonstrated professionalism and awareness of time-sensitive issues Extraordinarily strong attention to detail and accuracy of work product Strong analytical skills to work with data and findings and convert them into actionable lessons, deliverables, and strategies. Ability to work weekends and evenings based on project schedule Willingness to incorporate, research, and engage with technology for Company efficiency  Bilingual efficiency in a language other than English
