Production Worker

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator's assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity. 
*Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs What is the job? · Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities. 
· Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks. 
· Able to safely work with and around moving equipment. 
· Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions. 
· Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders. 
· Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures. 
· Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. 
1st Shift  
Pay: $21.20/Hour
· Monday - Friday 
· 7:00 Am – 3:10 pm 
· Overtime as needed 
Overtime is at beginning of shift so 10 hour days begin at 5 AM and 9 hour days begin at 6 AM. 
2nd Shift
Pay: $21.20, plus $2 shift differential
· Monday - Friday 
· 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM 8 Hours 
Overtime is at the end of shift. 10 hr shift ends at 1:10 AM and 9 hour shift ends at 12:10 AM 
Qualifications · Must be 18 years of age or older. 
· Pass pre-employment tests, as required. 
· Pass pre-work ability screen, as required. 
· Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
