Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production work areas, considering daily capacity, material availability, ship dates, and efficiency. Manage the flow of job orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to production schedules. Reschedule and prioritize current work when necessary to meet evolving demands. Coordination of Manufacturing Activities: Coordinate manufacturing activities, addressing material shortages, overtime requirements, staffing needs, and production priorities. Resolve operational challenges to maintain a smooth and efficient production process. Communication: Maintain frequent communication with personnel at all levels, including Production, Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Management. Collaborate effectively to address production-related concerns and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing-related roles, inventory control, or production planning. Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in planning and execution. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Inventory Control: Basic knowledge of inventory control preferred. Software Proficiency: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with personnel at various organizational levels. #LI-Onsite
