Job summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.They will also perform basic mechanical and electrical work as needed.Ensuring a safe work environment is also part of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities
• Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance of production equipment.• Coordinate preventative maintenance and troubleshooting work with the production department.• Keep records of all maintenance and troubleshooting work.• Maintain a safe work environment following safety requirements.• Prepare and maintain maintenance-related documents.• Request quotations from suppliers.• Perform other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.• Complete any other duties assigned.
Requirements
• Associate Degree in Maintenance or other Technical related field and 3 more years of industrial maintenance experience.• High School Diploma or GED with 5 to 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge with PLC experience.• Thorough understanding of manufacturing production and processing machinery.• Ability to work well with individuals and teams across the company to achieve company goals and targets.• Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office.• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.• Working knowledge of Robotics and other related automated machinery and equipment.• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD related software programs.• 3-7 years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred, but not required.• VFD, HMI, and PLC experience preferred.• Ability to draw concept layout and write specifications of equipment.• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.• Excellent people skills to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team environment.• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
