What is a Production Associate?
A production associate works in manufacturing and ensures production processes and their outcomes meet established standards. Production Associates typically work on an assembly line to produce and assemble specific components and or oversee the manufacturing process and focus on the finished products.
Production Associate may operate the assembly line, pick/pack orders, and or fill products. Task may very depending on business needs. High school diploma/GED, required. Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day and lift up to 55 Lbs. as needed. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, preferred. Experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferred. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills. Basic math skills. Physical and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail. Schedule: 7AM- 3:30P +/-
Pay Rate: $14.00-+ depending upon experience
