Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a prominent provider of workforce management solutions, is hiring a Production Assembler/Operator for a calibration company specializing in precision instruments. The company leads in electrical, RF, temperature, humidity, pressure, and flow measurement equipment and services. Location: Everett, WA
Pay: $25+/hour DOE
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri
Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical units and/or electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. Prepare, assemble, rework, and test products at various assembly stages, ensuring adherence to established assembly procedures, processes, and standard work. Participate in continuous improvement processes. Qualifications: Accurately follow work instructions and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Maintain high-quality control standards by examining products for flaws and variations according to specifications. Keep clear data records of build specifications, test results, and daily performance. Monitor project work and meet deadlines. Communicate inventory status to buyer planners. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to occasionally lift material weighing up to 40 lbs. Preferred: 2+ years of experience. Comfortable with hand tools.
