As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Consumer Bank (CB) Business and Product Transformation team, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.
Job responsibilities + Establish a partner communication framework to create awareness and alignment of product initiatives to Consumer Bank objectives
+ Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Design Leads and Data Owners to manage product portfolio priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics
+ Implement agile product development best practices aligned with Consumer Bank Agility Office standards; facilitate adoption of best practices with product teams
+ Align product portfolio priorities to strategic business objectives and desired P&L outcomes
+ Ensure product development tools and resources are being used effectively (e.g., Jira)
+ Prepare senior management updates including Portfolio Reviews (PR), bi-weekly Product Updates and Executive Management Reports ( EMR )
+ Support special projects and executive requests, and synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills + Minimum 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
+ Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
+ Proficient in agile product development methodology.
+ Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
+ Advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence and Jira.
+ Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
+ Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
