To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Product & Planning Manager in the Sales Department to join us in our US HQ based Texas.
Job Summary: Lotus Cars USA seeks a Product & Planning Manager, to lead and align with global counterpart regarding product strategy, special product projects, pricing analysis and benchmark for Americas. To create engagement, increase purchase consideration and drive sales. As part of the product planning function, the Product Planning Manager is also responsible for project management including budget management, pricing and the creation of process and tools that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable processes.
Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the North American markets Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate product content and pricing for purpose of maximizing profit while ensuring competitiveness Monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market Develop and maintain pricing databases and systems Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures Lead special product projects (i.e. Bespoke, special editions, etc.) for Americas Collaborate with headquarters product planning team to ensure product and pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals Prepare product, competitor analysis and pricing reports and analysis Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge and experience of automotive industry, products, market and pricing Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree
