Responsibilities
• Collect and interpret voice of customer (VOC) input and monitor competitive activity• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and market trends• Develop the business case for new opportunities• Collaborate with R&D to translate customer requirements into innovations• Work closely with cross-functional project teams• Provide leadership by representing the customer with internal project teams• Serve as the product expert to downstream and commercial teams• Partner with downstream and commercial teams to develop forecasts and pricing• Seek cross-functional input to define packaging and quality assurance guidelines• Attend trade shows to gather VOC input
Requirements
• 1-3 years of project or product management work experience or strong interest in product development/medical field• High attention to detail with strong communication skills• Excellent organizational and project management skills• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills• Proactive and disciplined self-starter with a curiosity for learning• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with ERP, MRP or similar Inventory Management System• Experience with ISO - quality assurance/quality control systems• Demonstrated knowledge of FDA, cGMP, OSHA, EPA, MDR standards• PMP Certification• Experience in product development and transition• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
