Position Summary: As a Product Manager at Blue Raven Solar, you will be collaborating with a talented team of creative problem solvers, engineers, designers, and business leaders to deliver technology-powered solutions to an in-house sales and customer enablement product that empowers Blue Raven team members to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. You are the bridge between our users and engineers. You'll meet regularly with sales and operations team members, lead demos with stakeholders, and work with engineers to solve difficult problems with technology-powered solutions. We focus on and prioritize collaboration across the product team and work to ensure product management, design, and engineering are partners in all stages of product discovery and development.
Essential Duties: Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals. Build consensus around roadmaps and evaluating success. Leads and motivates a cross-functional team of engineers and product designers. Understand Blue Raven Solar's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission. Frequently identifies significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drives them to fruition often without explicit direction and resourcing. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of product management or related industry experience. Proven record of successful product outcomes. Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating user feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution. Experience defining vision and strategy for a product. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CRM or other sales/customer enablement products. Experience creating examples through wireframes and mock-ups. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position may require regular periods of sitting or standing. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
