Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent combination• Ability to draft letters and memos with correct spelling and grammar• Create and maintain file systems• Understanding of buyers and sellers rights and responsibilities• Ability to interact diplomatically with the public• Retrieve data from financial systems using PC-based software• Interpret and explain policies, procedures, rules, and regulations• Identify and maintain a commitment to excellent customer service• Organize tasks and coordinate administrative activities• Accurate record-keeping with attention to detail
