Summary: Join us in our journey to define controls standards and roll out standardized controls, both financial and operational, for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency! As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Up to 50% of working time) Responsibilities: Assess, understand and map controls for current processes Prioritize technical development that is aligned with control priorities Develop valuation of impact of risks and controls Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controls. Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics. Partner with region to establish new procedures. Drive closure of audit items and address risks ? Skills and Experience: Experience in financial processes and mechanisms, especially on revenue and cost controlling Experience in transportation business, whether parcel deliveries or ground freight Strong analytical skills with proficiency in: Translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication, Solving problems and making data driven decisions, Ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
