Process Inspector

We are looking for Process Inspector for our client in Wilmington, MA Job Title: Process Inspector Job Location: Wilmington, MA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range $37hr - $39hr Essential Functions: Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams. Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained. Create inspection plans based on drawings. Perform in process inspections to ensure product conforms to the drawing Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards. Assist with managing calibrated tools and coordinating with vendors. Team player and strong communication skills. Qualifications:
Ability to make inspection plans based on drawings and build documentation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure documentation is complete per the process. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models. Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Proficiency in using CMM software, preferably Zeiss CALYPSO or equivalent. Knowledge of Keyence machines Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
