What you'll be responsible for Circle is looking for a Principal Visual Designer to elevate the overall quality and detail of our experiences, craft consistency across them, and provide the organizational guidance and training that allows others to do the same by leveraging the foundation you provide. Acquiring a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, you'll own the visual language and interaction patterns for Circle's product suite, launching standalone experiences, and other projects that directly contribute to customer and business success. Partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and your fellow designers, you'll ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience each time they engage with us.

Lead Visual Designer Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500 Annual Bonus Target: 15% Principal Visual Designer Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000 Annual Bonus Target: 17.5% Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
