Geologics is seeking a talented
Principal S
ystems Engineer to work with one of our national aerospace and defense partners in support of a mission-critical, classified program. This a 6-month contract position with the potential for direct-hire conversion, dependent on qualifications and skillset.

Pay:
$80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Active Top Secret-SCI

Provide Algorithm development and prototypesProvide support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodologyInteracting with customers and end-usersProviding and briefing status to program management and customersRequired Skills/Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position, an
Active Top Secret-SCI
is required.Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Candidates without a Bachelor's degree will be considered if all other qualifications are met.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, to include:
Experience in Algorithm developmentExperience in SIGINT and/or Digital communicationsExperience in the RF domain
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Familiar with XmidasExperience with Agile development as it applies to software developmentAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of administrationExperience in Systems Engineering leadershipSystems Engineering experience on a large government software development contractExperience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teams
